    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. In this case, we will need some more detailed information to troubleshoot this further. In that case, please send us a support request using the form on our website here, including the System Info. To obtain this information go to:

    – WordPress DashBoard > Facebook Feed > click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
    – Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page; Click the
    Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.

    We ask you to use our form as the System Info contains other website information and the Access Token for your connection which we do not suggest posting here.
