Download button won’t work

    Hello! I’m using the pro version of your plugin and I’m having issues. When I click “Export HTML,” it is batching the files fine. But when I try to click the “Download the file” button, nothing happens. It won’t download anything or take any action. When I click “View last exported file”, it opens an html version of the page I selected in a new tab. However, when I download THAT and open it, the images are gone. So I can’t get the file that way. I’m using Google Chrome as my browser, and I just purchased and activated the plugin, so it is up to date and doesn’t need to be updated.

    Please advise on how I can actually get a proper download file of my page. Thank you!

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
