• Hi!
I have tried to upload a .csv file through the plugin Ultimate FAQ and a folder with different files to create a pdf ticket in another plugin called Fooevents pdf.

In both plugins I get “critical error” when uploading so I think it must have to do with wordpress itself. The files do get uploaded in these plugins are getting stored in the plugin folder (visible through ftp) but I can’t access them in the user interface in wordpress. It seems they don’t connect. What can I do?

I can upload pictures etc via the normal media uploader in WordPress though.

    Thank you for your help!

Can you check the server error log? It might give us a clue of what’s going on.

If I put the file in a .zip file it says:
“File must be .csv, .xls or .xlsx”

When I try to upload the template on the pdf ticket app I get this:

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “ZipArchive” not found in FooEvents_Theme_Helper->upload_themes()

I strongly suggest you to reach out to the theme developers. It seems like there’s an issue with the plugin or may be your server is missing a library.
