    Braintree do not work well anymore. My client can not pay. the logs are in all errors.

    How can I do to send you the all logs and to fix this problem ?

    Checking the logs, nothing strikes out as specific and causing the problem. We will need additional information to continue troubleshooting this:

    1) Could you please send us a screenshot of the exact error message your customers are getting when trying to pay?

    We recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your response.

    2) I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    3) Confirm that your API credentials are correct following these steps: here

    4) Have you made any recent modifications to the site? Maybe a plugin or theme addition/ update?

    2/ find attached the error that sometimes customer are seeing ?

    3/ I do not add new plugin and uptade to wordpress 5.8.1 but there are the same errors with the old worpress as well.

    Are you able to consistently replicate this behavior by placing a test order?

    Did you receive orders correctly with the same payment gateway?
