The customer made a purchase today. I received an email about purchase confirmation but when I enter Woocommerce orders section, the purchase was not there. This is a problem because I don’t know if the customer received a receipt. I also received money to my bank account but still nothing in woocommerce.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

Can you view the order detail by adding /wp-admin/post.php?post=000&action=edit at the end of your store URL? – replace 000 with your order number (e.g. https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=12345&action=edit)

If you can see the order detail, but the order is not listed under WooCommerce > Orders, your store may be experiencing a conflict with your theme or another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
