    Hello,

I’m managing for more than 4 years a multiste network with LSC.

Since few weeks (and the 2 last versions on LSC), some sites are reporting to me strange things. They write and publish some articles :
    – accessing the public version from dashboard (“view”) leads to a 404 error
    – From frontend, the article appears in lists, but if a visitor click on link “read more”, its leads also to a 404 error.

If i try to access the article directly by url : error 404 !
If i try to access the article with category name in slugs ( https://domain.com/My-category/my-article/ ) it works ! While my permalink are set to use https://domain.com:/%postname% and never changed.

If i clear the whole cache from the instance of the multisite, the normal slug and all links (back/frontend) are working again…

Am i alone ? Wich setting can cause this ? Is there something i can disable temporary to avoid this issue ?

    Best regards,
    J

  • Hi, I clicked the above two links you provided, indeed I got one 404 error and one 400 error 🙂

Just kidding. We didn’t get such report on this. If you are not very comfortable to provide your site URL or example error page in the forum, please submit a ticket from here to our secured internal ticketing system so that we can investigate this further: https://store.litespeedtech.com/store/submitticket.php

    Best regards,
    Abe
