Hi there @quind
I checked source code for your page and see that you have both Hummingbird and Speed Booster Pack active.
Having multiple cache/optimization plugins active on a site can indeed cause unexpected issues. So I’d recommend first clearing all cache on the site, then temporarily deactivating all cache plugins.
Then check your form again to see if the issue persists. If it does, we’ll dig in with you.
Cheers!
PatrickHello! Thanks for talking to me!
I made a test with only the Hummingbird active and did not work. So I disable them both. Also didn’t work.I receive the e-mail but it shows this error.
That it happens with all my forminator forms.Hi @quind
I hope you are doing well
I checked the form and I see a fatal error when trying to submit it https://monosnap.com/file/OAPM16QhdCeepPn2UdawmZatdsQGMJ
Can you please enable the debug mode following this guide: https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/
Try to submit the form 2-3 times again and the same issue is going to happen, but this time check the wp-content folder for a debug.log file, download it, upload to Google Drive and share the log.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasHello!
Here is the link for the debug.log: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bj5sDI_EvGqdmBUwMu0dKPeLl7SfhCAo/view?usp=sharing
I did submit the form 2 times with the debug_true
Now, not all the form is sending the e-mail, but it still apparence the error.
Hi @quind
Thank you
The fatal error is related to memory issue:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted
Can you please increase the PHP and WordPress memory following this guide: https://wpmudev.com/blog/increase-memory-limit/
I also suggest contacting your WordPress theme developer to verify the create_function() on your theme and replace it using the correct way.
Feel free to remove the file from Google and disable the debug mode as well.
Let us know the result you got after increasing the memory.
Best Regards
