I’d be glad to help you get the problems sorted. Could you please tell us more about this:
1) Is the sync affecting some or ALL products?
If only some of your products are missing from your Facebook shop, then this may be due to some of your products being out of stock, being virtual products, or there being too many variations.
2) Please make sure the Sync to Facebook option is enabled and that you have followed the instructions outlined here.
3) And that the option for Sync and Show in catalog is selected: https://d.pr/i/qu3U4M
4) Could you include the errors you are seeing as a response to this post?
I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.
