    I debugged your website and noticed that you are using an outdated version of the plugin. There is a high possibility that the issue is because of using an old version. I would suggest you to please update to the latest version and check for any errors.

    I checked and all plugins and themes are up to date including 3.0.3 for Popups for Divi

    Hello @thumbtackmarketing,

    The latest version of the plugin is 3.0.11. May be the auto-updates won’t work because of the Divi update, you can manually update the plugin by downloading the latest zip archive at divimode.com/account and uploading that zip file via the “wp-admin | Plugins | Add New” page. You do not need to uninstall the current plugin, but directly upload the new version. You will not lose any data during that manual update.

    There is no option to download 3.0.11 in the account area of the site
