    Hello.
    I am having problems with your plugin, both as regards the setting of how to show the badge (for example, I deactivate the view mode on widget but nothing happens (it always remains), I deactivate the view mode on fullname but on the user profile nothing happens).

    Another thing is your outdated JS version. Having trouble displaying tooltips with a BDThemese plugin (they are people who update frequently and their versions) they have found that your version is an old version and it needs updating! Deactivating your plugin the tooltip works normally. I quote verbatim from their answer: “This plugin using old version popper js so notice theme update their js”.

    For some compatibility reasons, we can’t update the JS version immediately. Please be aware that this task has been added to our to do list. Unfortunately, no release date can be disclosed at the moment as we have a lot to work on. We’ll keep you inform and be back to you as soon as the JS version will be updated.

    Can this practice possibly be done by a developer hired by me?

    Things that don’t work are different with your plugin (including internal settings that don’t work)
    Unfortunately, with free plugins there are often incombatibilities and they are nasty. I recommend charging something annually with a few more settings and giving assistance to the public.

    Thank you for sharing your honest opinion. Every plugin has its limitations and advantages. I’m sure you can understand that it’s hard for the authors of a plugin or even a theme to spend free time to answer users of their free plugin. Be sure we do our best!

    We just released a new update of our plugin that updates the JS used. 🙂

    Updating this plugin to the last version should solve our issue.
