New Blog help

Hi Guys, I recently set up my new blog:

and I’m wondering how to get my followed blog feeds? I noticed when I had a wordpress.com account, there was a blog surfer or readomatic to get my updates from the blogs i read.

is there a way to do that with a self-hosted blog?? i don’t see anything in the dashboard to do so…
