Configure tax rates

Not sure if this is a bug or something but I have configured tax rates for my woocommerce store (only selling inside the UK) and followed the woo documents word for work yet the widget on the wordpress dashboard is still stuck at step 2 asking me to go and configure tax rates.
Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a problem? I have UK tax set up under standard rates and every item has the tax rate and taxable item included.

There was a bug in 5.7 that caused this issue in some stores.
Thus, could you first try to update to the latest WooCommerce version or the highest version in your branch? You could find the latest versions here – https://developer.woocommerce.com/releases/
* If the issue persists, kindly go to WooCommerce → Home and click “Hide this”
