Could you please tell us what’s the username did you try to register on our demo site? Also, have you tried installing an SMTP plugin so that it sends notifications to your users without issues?

I am not using it on a site yet, so I do not have any users trying to use it. I simply wanted to use the demo site. The demo site is not sending me an email to activate my account after i register, thus i am unable to navigate the Ultimate member demo site
Any advice? I need to make sure this won’t affect my subscription after i purchase

We’ve fixed the email relay issue on the demo site.
Please try the registration now and see if you will receive a notification.

Unfortunately it still is not working. As expected, The demo accounts i previously created still said “Your account is awaiting e-mail verification.” when i tried to login. I proceeded with a password reset and did receive a reset link, I reset my password and tried to login and received an error message “Your account is awaiting e-mail verification.”
I then created another demo account using the last of all my email addresses and still no account activation link was sent.
I checked all my spam folders for each email i used to create an account on the demo site, still nothing. Not sure what is going on.
My client purchased a plan with you all, but I need to know if this issue is isolated? Will it affect how the plugin behaves on my client’s website?

Please try it now. The email notifications were disabled in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Emails. It’s working now after activating them.
If you’re having issues in sending notifications, please try setting up an SMTP plugin to fix the email relay issue: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

I think now all accounts associated with any of my emails need to be deleted.
I tried to login using ktdevelops@gmail.com and it said awaiting account activation. The system is assuming i received the activation email. You all may have resolved the notification email trigger, but since it never came I cannot activate the account.
Please delete accounts with the following username

kltfood
ktention
tenk
kltention21491
