Can’t activate the plugin

    I installed the plugin and when I want to activate it I get the following error message:

    “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class OCDI_Plugin, because the name is already in use in /home/granola1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/one-click-demo-import/one-click-demo-import.php on line 22”

    What can I do?

    Hi @thehappykid,

    it looks like your WP theme or another plugin is using our plugin’s code inside their code and so a duplicate class PHP error is thrown…

    If that’s the case you might not need our plugin (you can deactivate it) and just use the integration (importer) that your theme (or plugin) is providing.

    You can also contact your theme’s support for further questions. I think they will be able to help you out.
