Hi @danakaplan7,
Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.
It is pretty easy to optimize the images using the Bulk Smush option at WP Dashboard >> Smush >> Bulk Smush. Please give it a try.

Any advice is appreciated. Here are my GTMetrix results:

Hi @danakaplan7
Thank you for the update.

This means your image metadata is corrupted, since it is 20 images I would suggest finding the images in WordPress > Media Library and replacing them with a new image version.
You can find more about this issue on https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/330174/regenerate-missing-wp-attachment-metadata
Any advice is appreciated. Here are my GTMetrix results:
Smush will optimize the images only, on Smush free version it optimizes the Thumbnails, for full images you would need to use the Pro version.
I also did a closer look on Gtmetrix and one of the main issues is related to time for the first byte:

This can be improved by using the WPMU DEV Hummingbird plugin:

Hi @danakaplan7
The link that you shared points to the back-end (wp-admin) area of your site, I cannot access it.
Can you instead share a screenshot of what you get with Hummingbird Performance Test, please?
Kind regards,
Adam
