Subscribe to blog?

I have been using the search engine for some time now but still couldn’t find what I’m looking for; does anyone know of a plugin that lets visitors subscribe to the blog (meaning they will get an e-mail whenever a new post is written)? So far, I only found a subscriptions for comments.
