I contacted my host as you suggested and it was determined to be a Cloudflare firewall issue. We disabled the Cloudflare Firewall and it seemed to be working for a while. Before that, I deactivated the plugin with the remove all trace and deleted the plugin. We can’t seem to get rid of this on our website and it’s not happening with others on the same host presently. I like the plugin and would love it if it can work.

    Hello @frodrig06

    1) You’ve got this error for http://www.mightyfinedesign.co. Other sites on the same host worked well.
    2) You’ve disabled CF and the error disappeared then.
    3) Now you need us to make it work with CF enabled.

Am I understand correctly or I missed somth?

    Hello @frodrig06

Does the problem still persist? If yes, please press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in the plugin settings here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk

If it doesn’t help, please install this special version:

    2. Find the plugin “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
    3. After the automatic page refresh, find the plugin again “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
    5. Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
    4. Download the plugin archive from the link above.
