So I’ve got some custom fields in the .CSV file I’m importing into MailPoet. They’re blocks of text I’m going to insert in newsletters, and I want to include carriage returns within those fields.

I’m exporting from Filemaker Pro Pro to CSV and it makes some kind of substitution for the carriage returns. My problem is twofold – is this a fundamental limitation of CSV files (as otherwise EOL characters may be record delimiters), or more broadly, is there a way to get MailPoet to interpret carriage returns correctly in imported files?

    Hi there @nathanzamprogno ,

    Sorry for the late reply.

Do you still need help with this issue? If so, could you explain where you want to upload the CSV to?

It would be great too if you could share an example (without sensitive info) of that CSV file so that we can try it too.

    Please keep us posted.

    Cheers

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
