Facebook will ask for permission again if you access token expired. It could happen when:
– your permissions to your FB page has changed
– your password in FB has changed
– …
It is totally an FB competence.
Let me note 2 things:
– if you have a paid package, you will no have to update manually. System do it for you automatically
– if you have WooCommerce, you may like our new plugin which helps you to create review-request campaigns: https://wordpress.org/plugins/customer-reviews-for-woocommerce/
