Hello, thanks for the reply. I have tried these solutions, but none of them really work. However to me it seems to be the problem images that were converted from .png to .jpg and I think those are not getting optimization. What would be the solution to that?. Thanks for the reply.
Best regards
EDIT:
These images are optimzed because they load as webp on website but filetype is still shown as .png.

Hi simke231,
Thanks for the information. In order to better assist you, we would appreciate it if you could send us the following information:
– Your domain
– What plugins do you use and what versions you have installed. Here, a screenshot of your plugin list would be very useful
– Screenshots of your ShortPixel plugin(s) settings (ShortPixel Image Optimizer, ShortPixel Adaptive Images and/or Autoptimize)
– Have you encountered the issue in more than one web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.)?
– A few examples of image URLs that cannot be optimized
Lastly, some screenshots showing the issue you are facing would also help, including some links, but a screen recording is always better.
Thank you!
