    Hello team. unfortunately the category image cannot be changed. What do I have to do? I know how us where to change the picture. but when i change the picture and save it, nothing happens. why is it not changed?

    Hi @taekyon1989,

    If you’re updating an image but the changes are not observed on your site, it could be due to caching.

    Thus, I’d recommend checking for any caching plugins that you have and purging all cache from them then check if the issue persists.

    Hello @taekyon1989,

    Can you try to change the Product Category thumbnail after switching the theme to Storefront and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce? Does it work?

    Please give that a go and keep us updated!
