Error in wp-admin on Beta 2

    I just installed the latest build (available via download link on the beta blog posted today) on a brand new website and new database. After installing, I went to log in and I get the following:

    Fatal error: Class ‘Custom_Background’ not found in /home/emerging/public_html/wp-includes/theme.php on line 1503

    I can’t get into admin at all. Front end of the site works fine. Ideas?
