    Hello
Last night I updated my WooCommerce version (from version 5.6.0 to version 5.7.0)
With this, the WordPress admin section got an error of 500 and some parts of the site were removed and I disabled WooCommerce from the C panel and the site became OK again.
But our current problem is that there is a wooCommerce back to the previous version I can not activate, in fact WooCommerce and all its add-ons are not activated on the site and if it is not installed on them for a few minutes not only will not be activated

    Hi there,

We always recommend performing updates of any plugins and WordPress itself on a staging environment first and later reflecting to the live site if no errors occur.

Said that, aside from updating WooCommerce core did you also update the database to the latest version 5.7.0? If not, you can do that from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. If still in trouble, please reinstall the WooCommerce core plugin.

As for the backup, have you used a plugin for that? If yes and the backup is not restoring the previous version, you may want to reach out to the plugin authors for further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
