Display rules don’t work

Although the “display rules” is set as a selected page (homepage), the pop up displays on every page.
(Version 4.0.4 ; wp 5.8.1)

I changed setting rules (as you can see on the screenshot : https://hd-avocats.wimi.pro/shared/#/file/105049e4cca9eba474192a7b39d440e57a261c3f1644152c3562cc7b48e62b34).
Cache has been cleared. unfortunately, the problem seems remaining.
