    Hello to all,

Once again I am reaching out for support since I have this popup window everytime I load any page (happened on IE when I was testing). Usually I only use Chrome or Mozilla.

I believe it could be due to the aggressive caching since I use CloudFlare full page caching.

I saw that some people are moving the script in the header so it doesn’t load before other files. How does this happen if that’s the case?

Thank you so much as always!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you tell me how to recreate that on our end? I can’t see any such errors and I went through the entire product ordering process, just didn’t finish the purchase? CF Static caching is just caching, it shows scripts the way they were sent so I don’t think it’s then. You can try finding that script and excluding it from JS combination, deferring and minification opimizations one by one but I am only shooting in the dark here since I can’t recreate that anywhere…

    Dear Hristo,

Thank you so much for the early and quick reply!

The issue only happens when I open the website via Internet Explored. I wanted to test how the website loads on this browser.

I do believe it could be the browser itself and not a caching issue.

    Thank you once more.
