To clarify, I have the Divi theme and have tried disabling all plugins already.

You’ll first want to do a full conflict test that involves switching to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One and deactivating all plugins apart from WooCommerce.
Once done, check if the issue is still present. If the issue is not present, activate the other tools (theme and plugins), one by one while checking if the issue returns till you find the one causing the issue.
