• Hello,

i have a problem with CyberPress. When i try to open the Plugin settings, i got the following error:

“Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website. Bitte überprüfe den Posteingang deiner Website-Administrator-E-Mail-Adresse für weitere Anweisungen.”

    english version here:

“There was a critical error on your website. Please check the inbox of your website administrator email address for further instructions.”

Can you fix this? Or do you know how I can fix it?

    Regards
    johann

  • I receive the same error when going to settings. WP version 5.8.1.

I also get this error whenever I try to add any players, tournaments, games, or teams. “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”

    Hey guys.

Can you check the latest plugin update? I don’t see the error in the Settings pages.

I am still getting both the error when going to the settings page as well as an error any time I try to add any players, tournaments, games or teams. https://i.imgur.com/HsGFeTF.png

I still can’t reproduce this error… Can you check it with disabled 3rd-party plugins in the default TwentyTwenty theme?
