Email link placed in widget not working

Hi,
I have configured an email widget to my website. Cannot share the link, because it is in development environment.

I have configured the email like this:
sales@ics.sr

But when I click on the icon, it is not referring to mail on the email address. It is just opening another tab.
Can someone please tell me how I can solve this issue?

Hmm, I’m not sure that the issue here is to do with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. It seems to be related to widgets.

Could you please share a screenshot of the problem you’re having, so we can better understand what’s the issue?

Hey @wpniall ,
yes you are correct. This has to do withe widgets. I could not create a topic related to that, so I accidently creacted the topic related to Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

One more thig, if you open the screenshot you will see a whatsapp icon in green. I have removed this several times but it keeps coming back. Do you have any solution for that? And how can i place whatsapp icon, like the other icons are there?

Hi @rengoeptar,

This isn’t related to Facebook for WooCommerce. This is definitely an issue related to WordPress/ your site theme. You may want to ask these questions in the relevant forums for quick help.
