View only instead of edit

Hello, I notice the plugin able to choose options whether a particular user can edit the order/product for example. However, can I actually set the user role to ‘view only’? instead of view and edit. Below is my needs on setting up a user role with capabilities as below:

1. They can just view the orders (for managing order shipment)
2. Also, able to view all products under ‘all product’ woocommerce. But unable to edit, only able to view.
