I set up simple banner, purchased the pro version, and set up the banner how I want. Whenever I check the “Hide Banner” field to know and save settings, it automatically changes it back to yes.

Sorry you’re seeing this issue, that is a bit odd. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin? If that doesn’t work you may need to go into your database and clear out the hide_simple_banner value.
