Forms are not working

    Hello,

    I started to use recently this plugin to create a form for our vacation houses.

    However, several clients are saying that the form is not working.

    We test at home and it works.

    Also, after a couple of days of working, the emails started to go to spam on Gmail.

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble!

    I’ve just tried to submit your form and the submission was not successful because of a wpforms.js:2005 WPForms AJAX submit error that is submitted on the page. This error might suggest a conflict with your caching plugin.

    To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    The second issue might suggest that your site might have an email delivery problem. To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

    If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

    To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
