• Hello guys! I’m planning to build a chain store e-commerce website. The idea is to have multiple stores in different physical locations and all the stores share the same domain. It’s kind of like McDonald’s site(https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us.html) that it will get your location when you enter the site and show you different products based on your location. I’m having trouble finding a plugin to do this feature. I saw that there is a plugin called “multistore” but it’s for multiple domains so that’s not what I want.

Also, each store should have multiple employee admins and a store owner admin so I kind of need a role management plugin for this because I think woo-commerce role management is very limited and can’t satisfy my use cases.

If anyone can provide any suggestions I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

Please ask plugin specific questions in that plugin’s dedicated sub-forum instead.

Ah, kinda like if you select a store, it will only show you the items available there, right?

Not a multisite or multistore, but one store which will change the items based on user input

Yes @a2hostingrj. It’s not multisite or multistore. I thought it was a store locator, but a store locator only shows customers the locations of my multiple stores but won’t change the product list based on the store customer chose. So should I be looking for a wordpress plugin or a woo-commerce extension?

I think Petco is also an example(https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore). When you enter the website, the top left corner shows you your closest store and you can also change it. The rest of the content on the website is based on this choice.

There are some WooCommerce addons that could help you with that, however most of them are commercial.
