    Hello guys, we’ve created a new order status on woocommerce to tell the customers that the products that they bought are finally in our physical store and they can come and pick them up.

    The things is, we don’t really know how to add this order status in your plugin so it knows it exists and displays it in the options of the email type that we can choose.

    How could I do it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for letting us know about your problem.
    It seems that you are using a 3rd plugin that notifies customers about that information.
    In this case, please use our default email template, see this video guide. If that 3rd plugin is designed based on WooCommerce standards, so it should go through the default email. Note: You can design the default email, but can not edit it.
