Look in General>Settings>Time Zone. You should be able to set it there.

That’s been set & makes no difference.
No matter which time zone you select in General Settings, the time listed after “Local time is:” never changes?
I can’t see it saying local time is?
All posts are the same time as the server.
Anyone got any ideas at all?
I just changed on of my sites from Seattle (LA actually) to Hobart and it posted at tomorrow May 4 at 01:15 so the standard function is to correct to your time zone.
A few standard checks – disable ALL plug-in’s (even rename the Plug-in folder and put an empty folder in it’s place) – sometimes Plug-in’s can be persistent in annoyance and also try the Default Theme to eliminate Theme issues. If the problem goes away then turn on one Plug-in at a time to see which one might have been the problem.
