    Hi @nivo2019 👋🏽!

So if I am getting this right you would like to schedule an email 12 months after the user has joined your service and list.

As I see that you have created and scheduled other emails you could do something similar for the 12 months email. 12 months are 52 weeks so you might want to schedule the welcome email for 52 weeks after they have joined your list.

Do you think that would work for you?

    Please keep us posted!

    Cheers

    Hi Dani,

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

    Yes, that’s correct.

When the members paid 12 months membership has expired, we would like a renewal email sent to that member to let them know their paid 12 months is finished, so they need to sign up/pay for a further 12 months.

Could you let me know how I implement that, please?

    Thanks!

    Hi again @nivo2019

So I guess that you could do that as I tried to explain before. I see that you have

I see that you have created and scheduled an email that is sent 12 weeks after their sign-up:http://holidaystohungary.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Screen-Shot-2021-09-07-at-14.32.23.png

You also mentioned that you have created a Welcome email that is sent when they sign up to the 12 month subscription:

Once the member has paid their 12 month subscription they receive the welcome email and we receive notification that they have joined – this has already been set up.

So the next step would be to add a new Welcome email and schedule it for 52 weeks after their sign up.

Here you can find a reminder on how to schedule those welcome emails: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/244-how-to-create-a-drip-campaign-with-welcome-emails

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers

    Hi Dani,

Thanks for your help with this.

I tried to implement the renewal notice email as per the guide you have sent. However, when doing so there isn’t an option to select ‘We don’t want to lose you!’ for when we’d like that email to be sent from.
As mentioned we would like the renewal notice email to be sent 12 months after the ‘We don’t want to lose you!’ has been sent.

Are you able to help further with this, please?

    Thanks

    Hi Dani,

Just wondered if you had an update on my previous message?

    Thanks

    Hi there @nivo2019,

    I’m sorry for the delay.

You’d be able to schedule another email based on when someone subscribed to a specific list. I believe that what Dani and I understand from your first message is that you’d like to send a renewal notice 12 months after someone signs up for your 12-month subscription.

This would be possible if you create a new Welcome Email to be sent 48 weeks (12 months) after a subscriber joins a list like this: https://d.pr/i/UayNqZ

However, it wouldn’t be possible to trigger an email to be sent X months after another email was sent.

This functionality is not on our roadmap now, but you’re welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com.

Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin 🙂

It might be possible to achieve what you want with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
