Hi miking,
thanks for reaching out.
Since you’ve already disabled all Chrome Extensions like ad blocker, I suggest looking within your plugins and themes for a troublemaker.
Can you please try using the Health Check plugin if there is another setting or plugin interfering?
You can use Health Check to disable all other plugins and see if the issue persist. If not, please try to locate the trouble making plugin by enabling them again one by one.
Please let me know about your finding.
Best regards,
Henning

Hi Henning,
I did what you recommended but the problem is still there… Health Checker gave me the results and there was any problem, I tried to disable one by one plugin but nothing for now…
Hi miking,
thanks for testing.
This is quite strange indeed. Unfortunately, without any warnings showing in the console or tips on how to reproduce the issue, my options to help are a bit limited here.
I suggest making use of the Text and Code or Rich Content ad type instead.
You can use a simple HTML img tag or try the media embedding from the Rich Content editor.
Does this work out for you?
Best regards,
Henning
Hi @miking
Has the behavior have changed meanwhile by any chance?
Does the workaround suit your needs for the moment?
Please let me know if you need further assistance with this issue, or close the thread. You are also always welcome to open a new one with a new question.
Best regards,
Henning
