login problem join group – re-register ?

Having problems, when I click to join a group, it wants me to register, so i go to the login page login, it redirects to to blank my profile page, maybe I am not logged in ?
but in management I that the new user is joined the group but in active
so then i checked the email for user activation went to spam, how to fix that, but the my profile page is still blank
but now the user is active in members management
this is the default group

So i try setting up a new group .. but then it requires an email and that email already exists

maybe I don’t understand what your plugin does

I just wanted members to have groups to discuss things
