Add banner above header section

Hi smart guys, i have a problem and i really need your help.
I have an ecommerce website,in Homepage or frontpage there are secions, every single section used for a specific Category. I want to add a banner above each category section. My theme doesn’t have that feature, is there any way to add it using hook or other way.. please help…

Thank you for your suggestion, but that plugin can diplay the banner or announcement bar at the top of website only.

I tried to add banner as html code in frontpage in the theme files but i found that the theme uses a short code looks like ” do_shortcode”, so thereis no class ir id place to put above for example < div class=”category-section-1> so it will be easy to put it above the code ..
