Is this caused by a cookie in the trigger? I did not knowingly do that, if so, how do you remove it. I don’t see a setting for that.

Thanks for writing in!
I checked the used mobile grooming vehicle page and saw that there are multiple popups initializing. Checking one of the listings, I saw that the popup has a cookie on it. With this, once the popup is closed it will not display again and it will display after 1 month.
Please be advised that by default when creating a trigger, the cookie is also included. I would suggest, removing the cookie and cookie name on the trigger. In case, you have a cache on the site, kindly clear it after saving all the popups and test the page using an incognito window.
