Hi, try to check if php memory is at least 256M
Maybe the php version is old already.
Try to turn off all plugins and leave only Elementor and update it and see if it crashes.
If it didnt crush, start to activate one by one and find the culprint
I saw it was La studio element plugins that caused the problem.
Does this mean i can’t use elementor with la studio element plugin
I think they should be compatible, in this case what I can suggest you.
1) Try to rise your php to version 7.4 and memory limit to maximum ( 512M-1024M ), check if you can activate both of them after this
2) Try to update plugins separately and than activate both of them ( activate elementor – update, than deactivate elementor, activate la studio – update it, than activate both of them )
If the website breaks, you can just change the name of la studio in cpanel – files and it will deactivate ( change name back and it will be in deactivated form )
If this will not work, than you better write to La Studio Support. But I checked their plugin and maybe you think to buy elementor pro? It is kind of good investment.
Hey, Plugins that have to Interact with Elementor may break due to Elementor’s updates.
Although we do give the developers a heads-up on code deprecations on developers.elementor.com, regardless of that when you are using 3rd party Elementor addons updating should be done carefully.
You can try to roll back your Elementor version by following Rollback your plugin, follow the steps in this guide.
Hope it helps.
