    Hi,
I noticed that the Woocommerce payments plugin was not working properly. I deactivated one by one the plugins I have installed on my website. When I deactivate Mailpoet Plugin, the problem disappears. The Mailpoet plugin does not allow to show the payment box on the checkout page. I really love Mailpoet, but for me, the payment process is obviously more important. For now, I deactivated Mailpoet, sadly. I am considering another email newsletter plugin. It is not the first time Mailpoet has had incompatibilities with woocommerce, however, I have to say, the plugin’s creators always fix the issues. I just hope they can solve this one.

  • Hi there @joannavgp,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I tested MailPoet with WooCommerce Payments on my test site but I do see the payment section: https://d.pr/i/gwwcLe

Can you please confirm that the same issue arises with just WooCommerce, WooCommerce Payments, and MailPoet enabled and a default theme Twenty Twenty is active?

This will help us narrow the issue down.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

`Elvira, thank you for taking your time to respond to this issue. I already tried, the problem was still there until I turned off the extensions in my browser. Then, the problem disappeared. Sometimes external configurations can cause issues. I have not tested every single extension, so I cannot tell you which one is affecting on payments section. I use Chrome and extensions for tracking analytics; maybe that is the point. I tried on Edge, and I saw the checkout is working perfectly with both activated (Woocommerce Payments and Mailpoet). Even in the mobile version, checkout is working perfectly. I am glad because both plugins are fantastic. I did not want to eliminate them either, and fortunately, I won’t!

    `Hi, Elvira!
Unfortunately, the problem persists when you log in to the website account… I really thought that was solved, because I tried other browsers, but not logging in to the website account. I tell a friend to try. Then she told me that the problem was still there. I asked her if she had extensions in her browser, and she does not have any. If I go to checkout as a guest, it works perfectly. The thing is when I am logged in. I tried again and deactivate Mailpoet, and the problem disappeared. I am so sad to go back to this issue, but I am sure you could help me to figure out what to do. I am sorry.

Buenas, yo tengo el mismo problema. Han resuelto la incidencia?

    Buenas @thecifu

    Solo me salen estas opciones:

    @thecifu hola,

    Hola @joannavgp y @thecifu

Thanks for your patience with this issue. We found out that the problem is related to the MailPoet Pop-up form being present on the checkout page.

We are working on a fix. I just want to inform you that as a temporary workaround you should be able to get rid of the issue by disabling the form on the checkout page. This can be done by configuring the form to display only on specific pages.

    See the screenshot below:

I’ll leave the thread open for a while and I’ll keep you posted as soon as we have a fix.

    Cheers!

    Heads up:
We released a fix for the incompatibility with WooCommerce Payments during the checkout in version 3.69.1.

If you have the latest version of MailPoet 3, it should be working fine now.
