The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

The issue may be related to the Multi Step Checkout plugin.
Could you please try disabling this plugin to see if it makes a difference?
If not, could you please temporarily disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments and activate the default theme Storefront?

Hi, Thanks for prompt reply.
I deactivate Multi Step Checkout plugin and try to place an order but it still showing this error.
Any other better solution please without deactivating my current theme and other plugin.

Hi Niklas,
in my other domain i checked as your suggested , deactivate all other plugin except woocommerce and paypal payment and used storefront theme but facing same issue.
