Coupon code works partially

My store has coupon code named “HOL100”, I published it with 100$ constant discount without any limitation.

I’m using astra theme which support woocommerce, and trying to apply the coupon code in checkout page is returning “success” message, though the subtotal remains the same.

Meaning, no discount acctually applied, just message triggered. (Sometimes the coupon does applies, but if I try to remove, same issue)

I tried disabling my cache, remove plugins, none of these solution worked.

Could you share screenshots of how your coupon is configured? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
