Seems like your site is stucked in maintenance while updating WordPress or plugins. Nothing related to our plugin.
You can follow instructions mentioned here to solve this

In short you just have to delete a file with name “.maintenance” at the root of your WordPress installation folder.

It doesn’t seem like it is related to our plugin. The last time when you have started this thread, your site was stuck in maintenance mode.
This time it is happening due to some server error. Check your server’s error log for the detailed error message. This will give you some idea about why it is not working.
