[1.5] Comment problem

Can someone click on any entries og my blog and tell me why the comment box is replaced by some ugly looking code lines? Based on the error being printed out, i tried to dig through the codes and could only come to terms that it might be smth to do with my comment function declaration in my index.php

So here’s how i call the function in ‘the loop’:
<?php comments_popup_link(__(‘Comments»’), __(‘Comments»’), __(‘Comments»’)); ?>

Oh by the way is the strayhorn dashboard now display news in boxes? I love the old one~~ But that’s just me. Thanks ;).
