I’ve opened a wordpress blog few minutes ago(it took me like 30 minutes) and now when i get to the site(after i installed and registered) it says :
you may now replace this file (index.html) and start uploading your website. To do so either use our file manager in your control panel or use FTP.

I deleted that file and it was the same so i just uploaded it again and nothing changed ..
what should i do now friends ?
    thank you from advance !

You deleted index.html, but then you put it back?

If you wouldn’t mind giving us a link to your blog, we can probably figure this out in a few minutes or less.

Just delete the index.html. That’s what’s producing the “parked” page you see.

Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing the updated site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the site rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.

Do you have an index.php file in the above site? When I type in index.php I get the same old screen you don’t want. If I type in wp-login.php it asks me for a password.

Me thinks your index.php file is misplaced.

i do have index.php file, it’s inside the wordpress folder.
    should i move it ?

Sounds like you are trying to install WordPress in a Directory off the sub-domain and run WordPress from the root of your sub-domain.

I did not see a wordpress directory when I typed it’s name it, so you might have WP installed WordPress in your root.

Review the links below to see how they match to what you are trying to do. It might be that all is needed is to copy your index.php to the root, and make sure the index.html has been renamed (then if you need to use it again just rename it back) but without knowing more it is difficult for someone to help more.
