    Hi there,

I tried the pid method as suggested but I get “Google error: The provided API key is invalid.” for this key: ChIJr4-_tQgPdkgRPL23A_dcHfE and this ChIJib0ELJ4PdkgRAZmUWJ3vmJE

Do you have any idea why this is?

The business name is Crew Experience in London.

    Many thanks
    Warren

    Hi @rabbitwordpress,

I’m sure that the problem in a Google API key, it’s place on the page WordPress Settings / Google Reviews Widget / Settings, ‘Google Places API key‘ field. Seems it’s wrong.

Please read instruction on the ‘Full Installation Guide‘ tab. There is an extremely detailed instruction with many screenshots and steps by which you can create the correct Google API key and use the plugin.

Also, please send debug information (Advance tab) to support[at]richplugins.com and we will check it more.

    Thanks!
