Log-in issues

Hi,

I’ve recently started working on my companies woo-commerce site. I’ve been set up with an account from my employer to access the site. We initially had issues with my given passwords not working. I was sent a password reset link that gave me access to the woocommerce dashboard for the shop. Now I can only get access using the url for the shop’s woocommerce site, but if I try to get access by logging into wordpress.com/org it doesn’t recognize my account. I’ve tried resetting my password via the link provided but it still doesn’t let me in if I try to login through WordPress.
