    Hi there,

It seems that admin members can’t access the member settings via the front-end on the view/ search all members list page through the ‘settings icon’ – see: printscreen.

However the icon is visible but does not work and still works on the profile page.

    Any idea?

    Regards,
    Jochem

    Hi Jochem,

Could you provide the screenshot of the Console tab in the web browser inspector? I guess there can be some JS errors on the Member Directory page.

    Let me know,
    Best Regards!

    Hi @jochembrouwer

Please check if you have the custom Member Directory template files in wp-content/themes/{your-active-theme-folder}/ultimate-member/ that these files aren’t outdated and have the structure of the latest template files from Ultimate Member core.

Also if you use some plugins for JS/CSS optimizations that JS/CSS files have been regenerated after the latest upgrade.

Let me know if that helps,
    Best Regards!

    Hi,

The only file I can find in this directory is the map ’email’ should i put all files (see Screenshot) in here?

    I don’t use JS/CSS optimization plugins…

    Hi @jochembrouwer

Could you make the conflict test on your website (deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and activate WP native theme) and check how the member directory works.

Let me know if there is a conflict with some plugins or theme on your website.
Otherwise please contact me via team@ultimatemember.com email.

I’ll try to investigate the issue myself,
    Best Regards!
