    Good day, I have been fighting with Stripe for nearly 8 weeks in order for them to fix their broken Stripe WooCommerce payment system.

    1. Payment is send via stripe woocommerce to stripe. they approve it and then fail to send the “payment complete” message back to Woocommerce so that woocommerce can ? release the product from Processing to completed status.

    Where can i get hold of WooCommerce so they can fix Stripes errors ?

    Tested old that was working WooCommerce + Old Stripe pluging and it fails now, test new and it fails as above.

    Only thing I can think is if old worked with same old data and links and webhooks and test keys …. then the error is internally in Stripe and as usual stripes once a year when their system crashes and burns is again happening.

    Tired of wasting hours on here trying to find a freaking WooCommerce something to get a message to them to fix this errors.

    If you share with us your System Status we can help you address the request to the correct channel. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Can you confirm if this WooCommerce Stripe https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/ , created by WooCommerce, owned by WooCommerce, maintained by WooCommerce is NOT a product of WooCommerce ?

    As mentioned I was under the false impression that STRIPE owned the gateway and wasted 8 weeks with Stripe and they kept on refering me back to this non existing company by the name of WooCommerce that owns https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/

    Status report is irrelevant as it is the same problem on WordPress Bitnami Win 10 / OVA / VMDK in VmWare Workstation Pro on Hosted server hosting in New York or on wordpress.com, same problem.

    Trying to find support on https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/ is impossible as you have to go to a fake hacked WordPress website wordpress.com, create a account that is useless and then build a website and then zero access to woocommerce.com

    So total waste of time with zero method to reach https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/ so that they can fix their broken plugin that fails to receive a reply from Stripe to release the product the customer bought.

    Can you tell me where I am doing this wrong, it is impossible to get anyone to fix this.

    To replicate the problem. get WordPress working on pc or linux or OVA or server hosting.
    Install WooCommerce, select their stripe option.

    Create any fake product, go to stripe, login or create a account, follow their guide as to how to do a test and live account, add webhooks.

    Test and it will fail on WooCommerce on your website, but Stripe has a completed transaction.

    Thanks for the clarification on the Stripe plugin that you’re using. Note that there are several Stripe payment gateway plugins from different plugin authors alongside the one supported by WooCommerce.
